QURBANI 2025 APPEAL

Fulfil the Sunnah of three Prophets, Prophet Ibraheem عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ, Prophet Ismaeel عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ & Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. So this is not any act of worship, this is a very beloved act of worship to Allah. Perform your Qurbani for His sake and seek reward from none but Him alone. May Allah accept your Qurbani.

Perform your Qurbani with the Islamic Welfare Trust.

Qurbani: Our Chance to Follow to the Footsteps of the Prophets

Allah’s Messenger (peace & blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked:

What is Qurbani?

He replied, “It is the Sunnah of your father Ibrahim. For every hair of the Qurbani, you receive a reward from Allah.” (Tirmidhi)

This shows the status of performing Qurbani in front of Allah.

Islamic Welfare Trust Performing Qurbani Since 2008

Every year you help us feed thousands of people with your Qurbani. Last year alone we provided meat to hundreds of poor & needy families in Yemen, Syria, Gaza, Azad Kashmir, Bangladesh, Tharparkar, Balochistan, KPK, and many parts of Africa. This year help us feed thousands more.

For just £45, you can provide meat for poor families as well as fulfilling the Sunnah of the Prophets.

Why donate Qurbani to the Poorer Areas?

There are millions of Muslims who eat meat once in a while. Their income doesn’t allow them to buy meat. They eat vegetables & lentils. However, as every one of us knows meat is an important part of our diet. It helps us grow and make our immune system strong to fight off diseases, viruses & infections.

Qurbani is our chance to provide meat for some of these families. On average each family will be given 3-4kg of meat, which will last them for a couple of weeks. This is also an act of compassion. By sharing the Qurbani with our poor & needy Muslim brothers & sisters we are telling them that we care about them.

The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

“The parable of the believers in their affection, mercy, and compassion for each other is that of a body. When any limb aches, the whole body reacts with sleeplessness and fever.” (Bukhari)

Dhul Hijjah: What is its significance?

  • Dhul Hijjah is the final sacred month of the Islamic Calendar
  • We perform Hajj during this month
  • First, 10 days of this month are the best 10 days of the year
  • One of the greatest acts of worship i.e. Qurbani is performed on the 10th day of this month

Fulfil the Sunnah of the Prophets – Feed the Poor & Needy Muslims with Your Qurbani

Disaster can Strike Anywhere, Anytime

Unfortunately, recent human history has emphatically confirmed this reality. Since the turn of the century, we have seen disaster after disaster unfold, some natural but predominantly manmade. As a Muslim Humanitarian Charity, it’s crucial for us to have emergency funds readily available to respond swiftly to these disasters.

Whether it’s the Gaza Emergency Appeal, Yemen Emergency Appeal, Syrian Refugee Crisis Appeal, Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal, Afghanistan Emergency Appeal, Pakistan Floods Appeal, Rohingya Refugee Crisis Appeal, or Africa Drought Appeal, our ability to continue helping those affected by these conflicts, wars, and crises relies on your ongoing support. We urge you to donate your Sadaqah and Zakat to these appeals, aiding in the protection of lives throughout the year and in times of crisis.

However, if you are looking to build a Masjid as Sadaqah Jariyah for your loved ones, or if you wish to build a water pump, donate a food pack, sponsor a sewing machine, sponsor an orphan, sponsor a hafiz, or need to give Kaffarah for Breaking an Oath, consider our appeals. Donate to the Ramadan Food Appeal, the Ramadan Zakat Appeal, or simply donate your Zakat to assist the poor and needy around the world. Insha’Allah, donate with confidence for the sake of Allah.
